These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ireadprice.com and your purchase of products and services from iReadPrice by Uncut Rush LLC ("iReadPrice," "we," "us"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

Everything we publish and teach is educational analysis. Nothing on this site, in our mentorship, or in our communications is personalized financial advice, an investment recommendation, or an offer to manage funds or accounts on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase mentorship or a membership. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. One-time mentorship programs are billed once at checkout. The Desk membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
You may cancel The Desk membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
Trading foreign exchange, gold, futures, and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance, backtests, and model-account results do not guarantee future results. We make no promise of profit, income, or any specific outcome from our commentary or mentorship. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
All content we provide, including PDFs, market reports, session recordings, Telegram posts, and dashboard materials, is our intellectual property. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own education. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share login or community access with others.
You agree not to misuse the site or our communities, harass other members, or attempt to access systems or content you have not paid for. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, without refund for the current billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iReadPrice by Uncut Rush LLC is not liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our content or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or an active membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
