Refund Policy

1. One-time mentorship programs

Foundation, Intensive, and Partnership are private mentorship programs delivered over a defined period. Because time is reserved specifically for you:

• You may receive a full refund if you cancel in writing before your first scheduled session.
• Once the program has begun, payments are non-refundable.
• If we must reschedule or cannot deliver a session, we will make it up or credit it toward your program.

2. The Desk membership

The Desk is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops all future charges and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

3. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email ireadprice@gmail.com with your name and the email used at purchase. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access.
